Our service now come with integrated ESRS compliant process for EU companies – generating the Sustainability statement of your company.

For customer using our ESRS solution, we secure the Sustainability statement is complaint with ESRS requirements.

We follow a collaborative project management approach, starting with the Mentcon model planner ensuring clear and continuous plans and communication with our clients throughout the project. Our methodology involves regular updates, feedback sessions, and adjustments as needed to align with the project’s objectives.
How are your pricing model structured?
1 We have two Options. Option is diveded into year 1 and following years.
Option 1: Original of Mentcon Model Inclusive Software for ESRS Sustainability Reporting
Year 1: Comprehensive Package
- Fixed Price: This package includes a complete suite of consulting services using the Mentcon model, alongside the proprietary software for sustainability reporting according to ESRS. The fixed price covers initial setup, customization, training, and support, ensuring that the client becomes self-sufficient in strategy creation and implementation of strategic initiatives within a one-year cycle.
Year 2 Onwards: Annual low fee Subscription
- Annual Fee: After the first year, clients will be charged an annual subscription fee for the continued use of the Mentcon software, including regular updates and enhancements to the Mentcon model, along with customer support and access to additional resources.
Option 2: Orignal Mentcon Model
Excluding Software for Sustainability Reporting
Year 1: Consulting Services Only
- Fixed Price: This package offers the full process and range of consulting services based on the Mentcon model but does not include the software component. It’s designed for clients who may not need to report accoring to CSRD-regulation and the reproting standard ESRS. already have an alternative solution for sustainability reporting or prefer not to use the software at this stage.
- Suggested Price Range: $75,000 – $200,000, reflecting the exclusion of the software but still providing comprehensive consulting support to achieve self-sufficiency in strategic planning and execution.

Do you provide support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer post-project support to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability after our yearly cycle with you. This can include follow-up meetings, additional training, sustainability reporting and more.
